Biscotte's mastectomy and chemotherapy

Mommy felt a mass on an udder (hope this is the correct word) a few days ago and today was the vet appointment

He said it was a tumor

Mommy was prepared to hear it as she looked through the net but wished she was wrong

He said 90% of cats tumors at this place are malicious tumors

The x rays didn't show metastasis on my body, but he said it could be on the intern organs and only further investigations may show them

I'm going into surgery Wednesday morning, March 27th to have the breast chain removed

The vet said sometimes if it's taken on time, cats recover well but he also been honest by saying most of the time, the surgery isn't enough, it gives a little more time but the issue is known

I will probably go into chemotherapy once the results are known for sure

Mommy is really sad and doesn't want to lose me especially after all we've been through last year
