BISCAYNE BAY LODGE NO. 124 FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS OF FLORIDA a non profit organization is helping  Juan Carlos Zambrana a 43 year-old resident of Miami, he is suffering from debilitating illness call Multiple Sclerosis or MS.  Since 2006 he has been managing and treating his MS at the VA Hospital, But traditional medicine and treatments authorized by FDA have proved not effective enough. He takes about 20 medication daily .  The money the he  need is for an alternative treatment  which will be a transplant  and consist  of a  use one of two cell sources, Adipose (fat) Tissue or Umbilical Cord Tissue derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) to inject systemically into the bloodstream and through a more targeted method called an Intranasal Injection (nasal cavity injection). Considering the progression and damage within the tissues of the brain, an Intrathecal Injection (into the spinal fluid) of the cells.

This treatment will help JC to live a normal life. JC feels he has reached and plateou as his symptoms have not been improved.
