Bill's Battle with Glioblastoma
Donation protected
On February 4, 2020, Bill DeAdder was taken to the emergency room by his family due to symptoms that appeared to be a stroke. After a long night, the doctors found a large mass (the size of a tennis ball) on the right side of Bill's brain. He was rushed into surgery to remove the tumor which was successful. Bill was diagnosed with Glioblastoma. A brain cancer which is extremely aggressive and rare. While there is no cure available, treatment is provided to prolong life.
Our funny, goofy, and amazing dad, Bill, will be traveling quite a distance to receive the best care available in order to prolong his life with us. We have established this GoFundMe in order to fund the immediate and upcoming medical expenses for treatment and travel that are required.
Our family is moved by the outpouring of love, support, and prayers we have already received. We are sincerely grateful for our friends and family, near and far, who have reached out to offer help. Our family is beyond devastated by this news. Anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated. Please lift Bill up in prayer.
