Bill's Afterlife Care

As many of you know 5 years ago my dad Bill was diagnosed with emphysema (COPD) and congestion heart failure. Over the last few months his health has decreased and the symptoms of his illnesses have increased. He was admitted into the hospital on February 7th with an infection in his right leg. After 24 hours in the ICU, his doctors informed us that he is now at End Stage COPD.  Over the passed week we have learned that he has lung cancer, aspirating, and all of his doctors are confident that he could die any day. We want to bring him home where he can live comfortably and peacefully until his time comes. We hope to have him home by February 21st or 22nd.  We are making plans to meet his afterlife wishes now. Meeting his wishes depend on our finances at that time; whether it is a green burial, cremation, funeral arrangements, etc. We want to meet his wishes for a green burial but that depends on how much money we raise. Anything you can donate helps us to meet his wishes as well as make these last weeks or months as comfortable, stress free, and as bearable as possible for Bill, his family, and his friends.
