Bill Waters' Memorial Fund

We have started the Bill Waters’ Memorial Fund in honor and remembrance of this amazing man who leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion and inspiration. His sons Marshall Waters, Zach Waters and Shawn Cutburth lost their Dad, Bill Waters on November 19th 2020. For those of you who know Marshall, Zach or Shawn, they were very close with their Dad and loved him dearly. They looked up to their Dad and aspired to be like him.

Bill loved his family, he enjoyed spending time with and taking care of them. Telling stories, adventuring, and exploring with his children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and loved ones was his greatest pleasure in life. He was always embracing and encouraging the imagination in others and he was not afraid of getting a little silly if it meant there was more fun or an adventure to be had. Bill touched many lives and was universally loved by those that knew him.  He was an inspiration to many and he will be sorely missed. His gentle and caring attitude towards life made him a great Dad, Uncle, Friend, Brother, Grandpa, Pa, Bonus Dad, Pa Bill, life-partner and person.

In his off time, Bill enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. He loved to travel and made several cross-country trips through his lifetime. Later in life he made sure that his dogs were given walks every day and plenty of treats to keep them happy. He was never too busy to stop and spend time with or help those around him.

Bill was a truly amazing person whose legacy will live on in those who loved him. We believe Bill would have preferred to make this process easier on his loved ones any way possible. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to the Bill Waters’ Memorial Fund to assist with expenses through this difficult time. 

No immediate memorial is planned. Family & friends will be contacted at a later date for memorial services.
