Bill Duede Medical Fund

Bill (William) Duede has spent his life being a generous father, grandpa, neighbor, co-worker, and friend.

Bill could always be found working on vehicles, fishing, and projects around the house. Amongst other family Bill is currently surrounded by his Two Sons Ryan and Travis, Daughter Raeann, and loving wife Laure.

Bill has been one of the most generous people spending time helping others and was never shy to work for the things he has. Six months ago, Bill discovered he had a rather serious brain aneurysm. After several brain surgeries and many complications, he is still recovering in the Hospital. After six months in the hospital he misses his home, his friends, and his hobbies.

While in recovery Bill also suffered a rather serious stroke and loss of one of his kidneys. These complications have left him with the challenge of limited mobility and speech, Bill was in serious condition for several weeks and has continued to beat the odds and survive. Bill is a fighter and is preparing for the biggest battle of his life. It is easy to become overwhelmed at the challenges ahead, however he is not alone in this fight, and I was hoping we could rally our support for Bill and his Family.

Bill has what is most precious still and that is his life. However, presented with the overwhelming challenges in the future he could use our support and encouragement. Much like Bill being a cheerleader for many of his friends and family in the past, now is our chance to be that helping hand.

I have encouraged Bill to continue the fight and that as long as he can one day hold a fishing rod again his family and friends will take care of the rest, we owe that to any loving friend or family member.

With your help we can provide Bill with a push in the back to overcome the burden of the tools he will need to remain on the vigilant path of recovery. Those tools will include items to encourage mobility such as a wheelchair accessible vehicle, and the other very important rehab equipment and conversions to their home that insurance does not cover.

Bill may not be one to ask for help but by donating you we can show how much we care, love, and support his future journey to recovery.

With your help we will get to a point where Bill holds that fishing rod and is surrounded by the warmth of the sun on his back, the sound of waves crashing agianst a boat, and country music in the background.
