There are many great causes out there that are heartwrenching and deserving, perhaps more so than my husband's. However, if you have a little extra cash, I'd appreciate it if you could help me take my husband, Jim, on a family trip to Alaska and the West Coast.
Jim has survived many different health issues, but he was recently diagnosed with an advanced case of autonomic dysfunction. Most of his automatic body functions (sweating, breathing, digestion, heartbeat) are starting to deteriorate.
While he is still able to do it, I want to take him on his dream trip to Alaska and the West Coast. He has always wanted to see Denali and cross the Artic Circle. He's never seen a Redwood tree or the Grand Canyon. I'd love for us to experience all of these places together as a family.
