The finish line

Hi! I’m a survivor of cancer - I’m nearing the end of my reconstruction surgeries. 5 surgeries in 10 months. July 13, 2018 I had a partial modified mandibulectomy, 6 days later had a neck dissection to make sure my lymph nodes were clear. I’m lucky, my surgeon at Emory (ATL), was able to get my tumor and I didn’t need any treatment - no chemo, no radiation. Thank God!
My surgery did take some of my jawline and teeth. I’m in the final stages now, just had my 5th and final surgery Wednesday (May 29th). I’m asking for help with the last part of my reconstruction. I’m going to the dental school in Sylva, NC to get my partial - I’ll be under the care of Dr. Manga and a resident at all times. I have 3-4 months to come up with $4500.00 for my partial (not a typical denture). Insurance will not pay because they see it as cosmetic, not medically necessary (yes, I’m fighting this).
Many help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Michelle
