Beth Ann

I am looking to family and friends for help , not for myself , but for my niece ! 
Beth Ann Baker Henderson , has fought a long and hard battle with MS for several years now.
Recently she was admitted into the hospital
for suspected aspiration .  We have been told 
by the Dr that Beth has bilateral weakening of her diaphragm and that her condition will 
likely continue to deteriorate over the next 
few months .  She is already showing signs of
increased secretions along with swallowing 
issues and will eventually begin to have 
difficulty breathing.
Beth has no life insurance due to reasons out 
of our control .  That is why I am turning to all of you .  I am desperate for your help in giving Beth a proper send off , when the time  
come to say our final good byes .

Chapman’s Mortuary where you can go to
make your donation in person .  You just give 
 her name and they will pull up the
account and apply  your donation . 
Beth has such a good heart and is always so 
appreciative and thankful for all that anyone
does for her !

end of life expenses including a memorial
