Bert Schovanec's Memorial Fund

So many things to say and not enough time to say them all. Bert was a kind man and always looked towards the future. He could walk by a random stranger that screamed help and would give the last dime out of his pocket to be there. Bert was building towards a better future for himself and his family. He couldn’t go more than 5 minutes without talking about his son. Bert lost his life at just 22 years old with so many unspoken words. He had a gift where he brought so many people together in positive ways. Now this time is here with so little time to plan with a thought that is breaking more and more hearts by the moment. I want Bert to lie down peacefully with no more suffering. Bert’s family could use all the help and support they can get to give Bert what he deserves and some more. Bert was a father, Bert was a son, Bert was a brother, and last but not least Bert was a friend to all of us.
