The Bernice B. Lomax Scholarship is established to provide financial assistance to an African American female student from the Pender High School class of 2019.
All donations supporting this scholarship will be used toward the financial award.
They must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade point average and provide proof of acceptance to an accredited college or university.
