Ben's Trisomy 13 Journey

Our son, Benjamin, was diagnosed with Trisomy 13 at 21 weeks gestation. While he has few physically visible abnormalities, there are still quite a few unknowns about how this diagnosis will affect his health once he's born. Bills for specialists visits are already starting to add up, and we expect them to continue, along with other unknown medical treatment and equipment expenses (or final arrangements) to come after birth.
