There’s something to suit everyone to get involved. I want to raise as much awareness this year as possible since last year it was put on hold. So this year I am going all out and I am looking for all you to be by my side helping me along the way

Monthly challenge starts March 1st:

1-5k run each day
10000 steps daily
Hiit classes mon/wed/fri 5.30pm

Classes will be held over zoom

If you do take part in any of the monthly challenge.I would love you to take a selfie/screen shot of completion each day then tag me/Epilepsy Scotland on Instagram story’s/posts and Facebook to help raise awareness
