On September 23, 2021 a parent’s worst nightmare happened. Their daughter, Yaceny Berenice Rodriguez-Gonzalez, was struck by a car while trying to get on her school bus. She was a victim of a horrific accident of hit and run. With no regard to her life or well being, the person fled the scene, and law enforcement is working hard to bring justice. No one is ever ready for something like this and the family needs help. Many expenses will be coming to the family in this moment of mourning. We are hoping to collect money to help with funeral and other financial hardships that is coming their way. If you could please see it in your heart to help a community member in need.
