Bella on the mend

Bella is my 7 yr old Shiba Inu that was viscously attacked in our Savannah Ridge subdivision by my neighbors pit bull on 7/6/17 as we were on our cul de sac beginning our nightly walk.  The dog that attacked her broke through the neighbors wooden fence, proceeded to run over her and then clamped down on her.  Bella is only 18 lbs, I consider it a miracle that a 60-70 lbs dog didn't take her life.  I did my best to get the pit pull off of her but the dog was just too strong.  The screams Bella made as she was torn a part is something I don't wish on anyone to ever have to hear and certainly not for any dog to go through. Bella had to have 2 major surgeries to repair her front right leg as well as her back left leg. Her front leg was over halfway torn off and the doctors were uncertain if the muscles and nerves would actually work again. Amazingly, the video i added was shot just a few days after her attack. She didn't deserve this and I hope she makes a full recovery.   My neighbors don't have the money to pay for the vet bills as they have started adding up, and get their fence fixed where their dog got loose is number one priority so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm certainly not asking anyone to do more than they can, but I have started a go fund me page if anyone would like to donate money towards the effort of getting Bella back on her feet and loving life again.
