Being a Critic of Color Panel

Almost every theatre critic working for a major American publication is a white man, so it's easy to assume they're the only people writing about theatre. We'd like you to meet Jan Simpson, Karen D’Souza, KD Smith, Wei-Huan Chen, Naveen Kumar and Jose Solís, a diverse group of critics from all cultural and racial backgrounds who are challenging the odds and proving that the face of criticism is in serious need of a retouch. 

The six of them will be part of the first panel comprised exclusively of critics and journalists of color. It's set for 01/27/18 at BroadwayCon in New York City.

But some of the critics will need help covering their travel expenses since they're coming from all over the country to be part of the panel. We'd be eternally grateful if you could help us raise funds to make this historic panel become a reality. If you can't make a donation, please share the link with your friends and family.
