Last weekend, Becky Johnson, an Operator in the GNOC, had her apartment heavily damaged when a car crashed into the building and caught fire. See the story at this link - https://fox40.com/2018/08/04/suspects-crash-into-apartment-during-police-pursuit-4-year-old-hurt/. Her apartment was on the second floor above where the car impacted the building and her living room and kitchen were burned.
Becky wasn’t injured, but she had to evacuate the building with nothing but a few clothes, and is currently staying in a hotel while looking for a new place to live and waiting to see what insurance will cover. The building is “red tagged”, and she is not being allowed into the apartment to recover anything else.
