The backstory:

Today, on one of the many cat facebook groups, a desperate cat owner posted about needing help with flea prevention for her cat family.  Upon messaging her, I learned that she took in two strays, a mom and a daddy cat -- and of course, after a month, mama cat had her babies!  4 little grey/calico babies that are 1.5 weeks old now!  They had fleas from mom and dad.  I am a veterinary technician in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina, so I knew I had to help.  I've been there with my own fur babies.

I drove over to her house today we got the fleas taken care of.  Mom and dad have one months worth of flea prevention on board and have been given a months supply  of food, but... we need to get those trouble puffs removed from dad and mom needs a spay!  Kittens need to be vetted to help them find forever homes.  It really takes a village, folks!  Especially during the days of COVID.  

I will be taking the donations and providing them directly to a low cost spay/neuter clinic in Greensboro, North Carolina to get the following items done:

- Spay for mom, including pain medication and e-collar
- Rabies / FVRCP shot for mom
- Neuter for dad
- Rabies / FVRCP shot for dad
- Microchip for dad ( he will have to continue to be indoor/outdoor due to living situation)
- Dewormer for the whole family
- First round of kitten shots for bebbies of which there are four
