Bears Urgent Care Visit

Hey Everyone !
So I feel super weird even making one of these. Im not the type to ask anyone for help really.
Recently Ive noticed that Bears breath started to smell really bad. On top of that his anxiety has been through the roof. At first I really didn't think about it being an issue, because he always has smelly dog breath.
The past few days he's been really weird. He won't let me touch his face and he seems to be in constant pain, something is not right with him.
I would gladly pay for this all on my own but the reality is I don't have it. I tried to call multiple low cost clinics so I could fork the bill myself, but they're all booked well into November. At this point the only option Bear and I have is to go to the emergency room.
Im hoping that whatever is wrong with him is easily fixed with antibiotics, but I'm nervous it could be something worse. I don't want him to suffer because I'm financially incapable.
Bears a chaweenie and he's still a little boy, just about 5 years old. I don't understand what could be wrong with him. He's active, treated good, and always has spunk. Lately he just hasn't been himself and I just want my boy to be okay.
I know right now is very hard for everyone. I know money is tight for the majority of people and I feel like poop asking strangers for help. If you're able to help in anyway I would appreciate it. I know everyone doesn't have money to spare, and that's totally okay. If you have any idea what could be wrong I would love to hear from you.

The funds will all be used towards vet bills. Whatever remains I will 100% pay it forward and forward the money to another owners vet bill.
