Help get medical supplies!

Im trying to raise money to get the wheelchair and other medical supplies i need. I was in a motorcycle wreck last July 2015 and was in the hospital till March 2016. Im in a nursing home now trying to get to a  assisted living to get back to rehab and continue my life. The insurance i have will not pay for a chair untill i get released from then nursing home and im not sure when that will be. Once i get enough money to get the main things i need i plan on paying it forward with whatever is left. No money will go to anything but helping someone in need out.
