Bean's Hip Surgery

Bean is a one year old Miniature Pinscher.  He recently went to the vet who, after taking some X-rays, told us that he has Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease in his left hind leg and that it would get worse if he didn't have surgery.  Initially, we thought that it was just a sprain and were watching it but his leg has only gotten worse.  He refuses to use it anymore and now won't even use this leg to keep his balance.  We've decided to start this fundraiser to help us pay for his surgery and rehabilitation so that our dog can run and play like a normal, healthy boy again.  We'd like to get this done as soon as possible so that Bean can start recovering.  Our boy Bean means the world to us; he's our first pet of our own and it's incredibly difficult to watch him try to play or perform daily tasks only to lose his balance or be in pain while not being able to do much to help him.  If anyone can help even a little bit we would be incredibly grateful because it would help us get our happy boy back to being a normal dog.
