Surgery fund

Hi my friends, I've never asked anyone for money before and it's actually pretty embarrassing. A friend of mine suggested I do this since I always donate to other causes. I had a mammogram on March 14, it was abnormal and I went back on March 28th for more pictures. The results were not good and I have to see a breast surgeon on April 12 and have a sterotatic breast biopsy. The problem is that I have a $2500.00 deductible and my insurance will only pay 70% after the deductible is met. So I spoke to the doctors office and the surgery center and I'm looking at around $4000.00. I don't have this kind of money and was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out.
