Unknown condition has put me out of work

My name is Shawn Lynk. I have been an IT professional for nearly 15 years. Recently, I developed a number of neurological symptoms that now prevent me from working. In addition to my own medical bills and loss of income, my wife suffers from a degenerative spinal condition and migraines. My 3rd child was recently diagnosed with Autism. My oldest child was prescribed a custom brace for a chest deformity. My 2nd and 4th children are in therapy for anxiety and behavioral conditions. Our medical expenses had us on the ropes before I became ill, now we are falling behind on all of our bills and in danger of foreclosure. Please help if you can and share even if you can't.
