Hurricane Irma Recovery

Last year in October Hurricane Matthew came blowing through flagler county and hit my sister in laws house who she shares with her mother and step father. After finally putting things back together we were struck by Hurricane Irma and she destroyed their home and everything in it. Flood waters from the intercoastal rose into their home destroying just about everything except what they evacuated with. Monica was laid off from work as the manager of the kitchen of the club house at a golf course in town and received her last pay check before the storm hit. Her car was flooded in the storm as well and she has no home to go to. She is going to live with us but she is going to need some help getting back on her feet. Monica is the type of person who would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. She is one of the most kind, loving and generous people that I know(I really hit the jack pot marrying her brother because I also gained an amazing sister!!)
