Money for Maria

I am raising money for a 15 year old girl, Maria! Ever since she was a kid she had a dream to have a big Quinceanera just like any other! Her mother had never thought of doing it because she is not financially able to afford a big party. None the less when Maria turned 14 her father told her that he would do it and he would pay for everything! The girl got excited and told everyone, but then her father got sick. He had a problem with alcohol and his body just couldn't take it anymore. On August 23rd, 2020 he passed away after long and painful months of suffering. Before he passed he had started the party preparations (pre- covid) and when he started getting worse everything was postponed. To keep things short- her mother still wants her to have a Quineanera experience, and she has decided to do a small intimate party for her and the family! (Because of Covid, only immediate family will be invited and precautions will be taken!) I along with her other padrinos/madrinas are helping her mother to make her dreams come true. Her 16th birthday party will be on the 16th of January  of 2021 and any sort of money would help immensely! Even if it's just 5 dollars, anything is welcome! We would use the money for food, decorations, deserts. We are also planning on getting her a photographer so she can take all the pictures she wants in the formal dress her mother has bought her! Any extra money will go to her hair, makeup, and nails! Her mother would be extremely grateful for any help, and any left over money we would use to get her a surprise gift just like any other quinceanera gets!
