Help kick-start PD's BBQ

Hello! My name is Patty and I am currently working on opening up my own BBQ food trailer with catering services. I would love to give my community and the surrounding areas more choices on where to get some great barbecue! I will be serving brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and salads. I will also offer different menu items during the week.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My husband and I have been residing in Williston, ND for the last 12 years. I have two grown children, and one whom I share my birthday with. Next month will be 10 years since I survived my brain aneurysm, which ironically happened on my birthday while 38 weeks pregnant! The aneurysm really gave me a whole new outlook on life. I have always had a passion for cooking and it's been a dream of mine to open my own restaurant.  Due to the oil bust I was laid off back in March. Over the last few months I have had some time to think, and have decided to finally pursue something I have always wanted to do!  

All donations will go towards the down payment and start up costs.  
I will be giving gift certificate(s) for some awesome BBQ to those who donate.

The name of my food trailer will be PD's Smoke Shack BBQ.  I cannot wait to get this up and running.  Thank you for your support!
