Range improvements at RCPS

Rocket City Practical Shooters is fundraising for range renovations to our shooting bays at the Cavern Cove Shooting Range.

 

We are adding two new bays and improving the berms in four other bays. We are also working on drainage and making other range improvements.

 

When the project is complete we will have eight usable bays. This will give us more flexibility in running matches and make the range safer.

 

We are Northern Alabama's premier practical shooting club and we are affiliated with the United States Practical Shooting Association and the Steel Challenge Shooting Association.   We host shooting matches almost every Saturday with shooters from across Alabama and nearby states.

Any additional funds will be used to buy additional steel for the Steel Challenge matches, complete range renovations, buy more gravel and purchase other range supplies.
