At approximately 3 AM Kendell Bautz and Sharon Bautz awoke to the sound of popping noises and visuals of fire and smoke. The family evacuated the home immediately and took shelter at a nearby neighbours. Police and the fire department arrived on scene shortly to contain the fire and to investigate. All family members residing in the house are safe. Their Grandson Sean Christianson who was staying with them in the upstairs bedroom was working night shift and not home at the time. There was 2 loving cats that are believed to have not made it out at this time. One of the cats recently birthed 5 kittens which they did survive the fire.
The memories we made in the house growing up will always have a place in my heart. Growing up with family, the laughs and the cries, family christmas, all the great times we have shared will always be remembered.
Unfortunately all personal belongings and cherished items were destroyed by the fire and smoke. We are asking for the help of family, friends, and the general public to help us recover from this tragic incident. Any donations are greatly appreciated.
