A Window Into the Maracle’s Personal Journey over the Past 3 weeks:
Barry Maracle is on the road to recovery!
As many of you know by now Barry Maracle suffered a massive heart attack June 8, 2017. This sudden event has brought Barry, Tammy and their children to a very unexpected season, but as a family they are embracing it with arms wide open. Believing and seeing God in the midst of it all. Although circumstances were not expected or what they ever thought they would be journeying, they are already beginning to discover and find the gems in the midst of the darkness. As Barry says best, “Letting this opposition become the greatest opportunity”.
On June 8, 2017 Barry was rushed into emergency surgery where they were able to put two stints in to resolve two blockages to the heart. Following the heart surgery, they discovered another blockage that they are trying to resolve by medication at this time and Barry is now on route to full restoration of his body.
What the next 3 months will looks like.
Barry will not be able to be on the road for the next 3 months, a season of healing and rest. As many of you know Barry, Tammy and their children rely heavily on what Barry makes on the road as an itinerate minister. Specifically, 80% of their income comes from Barry’s itinerate ministry around the globe. During this time he will not able to drive, fly, or travel. He will be meeting with a specialist regularly as well as starting cardiac rehab to restore his heart back to full health. His diet will heavily change, as well as be on a large amount of medication to help his body along during this time. With Barry being on bed rest for the next 3 months we are asking if you would prayerful consider sowing into the Maracle Family so this season is not a burden or a set back of any kind. That they will be able to fully rest knowing that the provision over the next number of months has been taking care of. This is an opportunity for the church and God’s people to rally around a hero of the faith and his family.

Lastly, in order to sustain during this season while Barry is off the road they are needing an estimated $15,000 CAN min (all of this cost is for daily bills and expenses over the next 3 months).
