Barley Strong: A Fund for Jacob and Tyler
Donation protected
There is no explanation one could hear that would make this story easier to tell. What is necessary to know is that, a beautiful weekend trip to Glade Park ended in tragedy.
Jacob Barley, 19, was involved in a fatal dirt biking incident along with his brother Tyler Barley, 17.
Tyler suffered a multitude of severe injuries to his face, femur, wrist, and shoulder and Jacob has unthinkably passed due to the blunt force he endured.
There is an overwhelming amount of support pouring in from many different families and friends, so we are now trying to focus the support directly to Tyler and Jacob's core unit.
Obviously, thinking about the time, money, and effort needed to even begin to heal is daunting. There will be plenty of unwanted surprises emotionally and financially going forward for the families of the Barley Brothers and physically for Tyler, as he recovers from this accident.
The level of shock and sadness is immense and the burden nearly too much to endure, yet the strength of the Barleys, the Catletts, and the Wrights is also immense. Please help these families bear the burden. We are stronger together.
Bless every single one of you who have helped or who are helping.
