Barclay Prime Family Relief Fund

On Monday March 16th, Barclay Prime was forced to close its doors due to COVID-19. With a combined FOH and BOH staff of about 100 people this was devastating. As of March 23rd we were all laid off, and the devastation turned to heartbreak. 

We are not just a "staff" at Barclay Prime, we are truly a family - many team members have worked together for over a decade. We miss our dining room, we miss each other and we miss taking care of all of you. 

While we are very grateful that Starr Restaurant Group will be paying our healthcare premiums through April, the reality of no current income is affecting all of us who still need to feed our families and pay our bills. We are full-time restaurant workers: this is our calling, our way of life, and our only source of income. 

During these uncertain times, we are humbly asking for the support of our family and friends, our guests and our regulars. All funds raised will be distributed to the Barclay Prime employees to ease the financial distress caused by the restaurant's closure at this time.
