Support BANFC trip to NAC 2018

The 2018 Nepalese American Convention (NAC) will be held in Washington, D.C. on July 29-July 1. It has been a tradition for many of the Bay Area football clubs to participate yearly in the NAC tournaments. Ever since the 1st NAC back in 2015, Bay area football clubs have participated and contributed to the thrills and drama of the tournament. We have been able to advance as far as the Semis of the tournament, but the championship have eluded us thus far.
So, this year we have a taken a different approach by joining hands with various teams from the San Francisco Bay Area to build a stronger team to compete. We have players from various cities in the Bay Area such as San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, Sunnyvale, South Bay locations, Santa Rosa and East Bay locations. Our aim is to give opportunity to Bay Area Nepalese that come from various backgrounds.
Hence, we have managed to put together a diverse team with age range 17 to 36 and players who attend high school, college, working professionals, etc. We have chosen to compete as "Bay Area Nepali Football Club" (BANFC), with the strong desire and commitment to represent the Bay Area Nepalis in the NAC tournament once again.
As we are a volunteer based club with not a reliable stream of financial support, we heavily rely on our supporters contribution to financially manage our trips to these tournaments. This year we have to travel all the way to Washington D.C. and manage the financial cost associated with it such as Air Fare, Hotel cost, Transportation cost, etc. So, we request for your support one more time. Our players have put in a lot of effort starting from last July when we came back from 2nd NAC tournament. We continue to train 3-4 days a week diligently.
Please support us in our journey to become victorious and bring the Championship back to the Bay Area.
