Bando's Medical Expenses

Hi my name is Ashlee, and I am an owner of 2 dogs. Bando is 1 of them. He was a rescue, found in the trash as a 5 week old puppy. He is a very very friendly dog, not sure if he knows how to be mean, very smart and hilarious as well. On Feb. 4th a neighbor on the street I stay on followed my dog around and shot him in the leg purposely. He was not in his yard. Certain places won't help either. No arrests or warrants. He did this in broad daylight where my other neighbors witness the entire incident occur. I have to get either surgery or amputation of animal welfare will take him from me. This is very important to me I have no children at all so he's really my baby and emotional support. We would greatly be grateful if anyone helps Bando medical expenses and to get the individual who did this put in jail..
