Band Van for Eric Tessmer

After playing 4 shows in 24 hours in Steamboat, Colorado, Eric headed to Los Angeles to finish recording his EP and the band headed back to Austin.

A few hours outside of Austin, they were involved in a head-on collision that totaled the van.  Thankfully, everyone involved, walked away, unharmed. Even the equipment made it out ok. However,  the van is totaled and they have no transportation to get them to their stops on their upcoming fall tour.  They're scheduled to play during AmericanaFest next week in Nashville. 

As most of you are aware, being able to have reliable transportation is a necessity for a touring band. Without it, they can't make a living.  If you know Eric, you know how hard he works to ensure his band has a van they can count on. When it breaks down, he fixes it. When it needs new parts, he replaces them. There's no doubt that he's one of the hardest working and generous musicians around Austin.  He's always willing to help, regardless of what it costs him.
