Bali's Veterinary Fund
Donation protected
Bali, lovingly known as the Unicorn, became sick over the weekend of July 15th. She was rushed to Mountain Empire where she received wonderful care from the veterinary staff. Dr. Miller was able to get Bali stable enough to travel to the University Of Tennessee Equine Hospital. Bali was immediately placed on IV fluids and antibiotics to treat her symptoms while testing was done to find out why she was so sick. After a few scary days with guarded prognosis from the amazing Vets at UT she is on the path to recovery. The vets are still unsure of what caused her rapid decline and are continuing to look for answers while supporting Bali on her road to recovery. In the meantime, her medical bills continue to mount.
Bali and her person, Rebecca, have been a huge inspiration to many of us. Rebecca’s unwavering dedication to her Unicorn is something we all strive for in our own relationships with our horses. Please help Bali heal and return home to her Rebecca!
Currently I am unsure of UT’s policy on payments directly to Bali’s account but I am hoping to have more information on that by Monday.
