Hey guys, I’m Rachael. I left the UK to travel the world 9 months ago. Since spending several months in Bali, I’ve seen how much the dogs here struggle. It’s heartbreaking. Many live on the streets with severe skin infections from poor food and water, most are never spayed, and when they get sick or injured their owners often can’t afford vet care—so they’re left to suffer.

I can’t just watch this happen anymore. I need to try and help them. That’s why I started this fundraiser: to cover rescue costs, get dogs spayed, and make a real difference to their lives. Max is the first street dog that needed urgent help with his broken hip!

So far his vet costs have come to a total £498.91. This unfortunately doesn’t give him anywhere to live; after many rejections from shelters that are simply overwhelmed with strays, I’ve located a safe playground shelter that will have Max for £90 per month until he is adopted which could take several months.

I want to be clear—I won’t make a profit from this. Every donation will go directly to Max and/or other dogs, and I’ll personally handle all the managing, organising, and ensuring funds are spent where they’re needed most.

A small donation can keep Max safe and cared for in this paid accommodation, and eventually cover spays and treatment for other street dog that prevents countless more being born into hardship.

If everyone chips in—even the price of a coffee—we could stop the cycle of neglect and give these dogs the healthy, safe lives they deserve. They didn’t choose this life.
