Bailey Strong- kick cancers butt!!

I’m at a loss. My family is at a loss. Bailey is at a loss. My baby cousin, Bailey was just diagnosed with stage three colon cancer, at 24 years young. She’s amazingly healthy, fit, smart, beautiful and hardworking. She’s to get married in December to the love of her life, her high school sweet heart, Caden.

As of today, all we know is that the cancer is in her colon and some nodes. She had to have immediate surgery for us to find this out; in which they removed part of her colon, appendix and took the biopsy.

She will have to wait 4 weeks before starting chemotherapy and/or radiation.

Even though she’s a successful RN, and her fiancé works extremely hard as well; they’re going to have some financial set backs with regards to medical care and not being able to work.

Should you feel able, any little bit would help them, as she has a long road of recovery ahead. Prayers also welcomed!! Bailey is a light in our family, our Rod’s golden girl, and one of the smartest most amazing young women I know. To know her is to love her.
