Bad car wreck- need deductible help

I was involved in a three car car wreck that left me we a fractured vertebrae in my lower back and my car needing a whole new front bumper and side panels. My deductible to get my car fixed is a $1000 and I don’t have that as I live paycheck to paycheck in order to survive.
