Help The Medrano Family

My name is Dawn Higgins, I own a small business and employ Ray and JoAnn Medrano. They've worked for me for many years and they've become like family to me. In April of 2016 they found out the good news that they were expecting. Twenty-two weeks later, their little boy felt like coming into the world way too early. On August 31 at 11:01am Baby Ray made his debut at 13oz and 9 inches. Doctors gave him less than a 5% chance of survival. But this little boy is beating odds everyday as he fights, he continues to surprise doctors with his fiery personality. Though he is fighting hard he has a long road.  JoAnn is unable to work as she's staying at the hospital with Baby Ray and Ray is only able to work a limited amount of hours because he recently had a kidney transplant. He has 6 brothers and sisters at home. Baby Ray's growing medical costs and the long travels back and forth from the hospital only add to the strain on their income. Any donations will help this family with medical and travel costs due to loss of income.
