Patient requires urgent surgery to correct prolapse, and likely resect devitalized tissue. Weight: ~25 pounds Behavior: Per vet staff - Nervous but very friendly and tolerant Personality: This poor little girl was found tied to a fire hydrant with an anal prolapse! Despite her medical condition, she was tolerant of handling and very friendly. She is in a lot of pain and is looking to leave with a rescue as soon as possible! This animal is not available through ACCT Philly's Adoptions Programs, due to serious concerns with observed medical and/or behavioral issues. This animal is in need of transfer to a partnering animal welfare organization through ACCT Philly's Love Local Program.
