Baby Trump Balloon in Grand Rapids

We are adopting the world famous “Baby Trump” for a weekend coming soon, and bringing the petulant, immature newborn to Grand Rapids, tiny hands and all! Our goal is to spark conversation, get the community talking at this crucial moment in our democracy, and have a little fun while we’re at it.
Baby Trump will hang out with all of us in the Monroe Center/Rosa Parks Circle area for the weekend of Friday, October 26th and Saturday, October 27th. Stay tuned for a more detailed schedule of events.
To make this dream a reality, we are asking for your financial support. It takes a lot of helium to fill a baby this big! Also, if you’d like to join us and get involved, please reach out at [email redacted]. We need people to help promote, install, transport, and hang out with the big baby.
If we raise more than our $5,000 goal, the funds will go to support local arts charity outreach programs. Over $800 million in funding for the arts is slated to be removed from the federal budget, so we’d like to do our part to support creative thinking in our community.
