Baby Jacob Aakre

On Friday February 15th, JJ and Jacob Aakre lost their little angel, baby Jacob. Baby Jacob went through so much this past year with his little heart. He was a fighter. He went through 2 heart surgeries and endless hospital visits. He got a virus and his little heart couldn't handle it. The loss of a child is so heartbreaking, no words can fix it.
