A few months ago tragedy struck the Hill Family, although expected it came fast and my good friends buried their mother Mrs Hill after her battle with cancer.
Well tragedy has struck again with four month old Baby Jackie falling victim to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. My best friend Jared went to check on the baby during her regular nap time and to his horror she was not breathing. He initiated life saving procedures with infant CPR while on the phone with 911 dispatch.
The baby was taken to a Salem MA Hopsital by ambulance, and subsequently sent to Mass General By Med-Flight, Fortunately her mother made it on time to leave with her.
We do not know what tomorrow will bring as Baby Jackie is still fighting for life, but we know this tragedy will come with a constant reminder in the form of medical expenses. Please support this family in this time of tragic circumstances that no parent should experience.
