Baby Goat Needs Prosthesis

Please join me in helping Val. He is in need of his prosthesis for his back legs. If you follow us on social media then you know that our little Valentino was born on Valentine's  Day missing his back hooves.


When he came to the sanctuary to live with us he was extremely small. We knew he needed to grow a little before even thinking about prosthesis. We would wrap his little back legs in pipe insulation/Sam's Splint and vet wrap as to create a little "shoe" for him to walk on. He did great with that for a while, but now that he is a little bigger the time has come for his "real shoes" to be made. He is not putting a lot of his weight on his rear legs, and besides this being extremely uncomfortable for him, I'm concerned that left any longer this will created a different issue as he grows.

This is where I need some help.
The cost for the custom prosthesis to be made is $1500.00. As he grows he will need to be refitted for a new pair to accommodate his growing body, but right now we just want to get him up and mobile.

From the many unforeseen vet visits and medications for Rue our funds are no longer there for Val.
We are hoping to get Val his prosthesis made within the next few weeks, and with your generosity we can. Is it possible to meet this goal?
