Hello,
I am Daxton’s father and we are raising funds to support the financial demands incurred by the premature birth our our wonderful baby boy Daxton. Daxton’s original due date was March 19th 2020 but was officially born Tuesday December 31st 2019 at 4:11pm via an urgent Cesarean Section. My wife Kirby had excellent sonograms at 12 and 20 weeks with good visits to our birthing care provider prior to the sudden onset of what was diagnosed as severe pre-eclampsia. Monday December 30th Kirby was awoken with chest and abdominal pains shortly followed by vomiting and sharp pains in her upper right abdominal quadrant. Our local ER would transfer my wife to a hospital 4 hours away where she would end up birthing our wonderful boy. He is 28 weeks gestation so 12 weeks premature and requires around the clock attention from special nurses and doctors in his very special incubator. We are asking for any donations to assist us in this journey towards bringing Daxton home with us. This time of year is especially expensive for medical care as benefits ended on the 31st, and began again on the 1st. So we will be expected by insurance to pay both years max out of pocket amount. We were preparing financially for his birth but could not have prepared for this. Any donations will be greatly appreciated and will help us with medical bills, travel and food between home and the hospital 4 hours away.
