Updated: Kelsey, Gavin and Baby Sam continue their journey of patience and hope in the medical system maze.

A frustrating point of struggle now, is trying to find an at home nurse to care for Sam. The nursing system has insurmountable shortages, leaving them left without options, remaining in the hospital.

Baby Boy Asaif arrived October 26, 2017 at 8:12 pm, 1 lb 10 oz. at 24 weeks and 2 days gestation. He was revived and taken to the NICU, where he will be for some time.
