Baby Agata Kuzma

We are raising funds for my sister's baby girl Agata Kuzma, who was born Nov 2018 with a very hard start to her life. 
She has been diagnosed with complex heart defects and also a cleft lip and palate which will require multiple surgeries. 
She went through  two surgeries already, both undiagnosed before her birth,  one to connect stomach with esophagus, and another on heart defect - aorto-pulmonary window (APW). This is an extremely rare heart defect and difficult to detect, which was operated in January 4, 2019.
One month after Agatka was able to leave the Clinic in Germany and finally go home with her parents. Now she's growing and gathering strength for a complicated heart operation. 
Her parents are waiting now for details on another procedure -heart catheterization which is going to happen in near future in the Munster clinic before the main heart surgery.

We know that we will never pay back this debt of gratitude to you, but we cannot give up now ... We must save her. We believe that you will help us in this!"
