Emergency Life Saving Operations

As most of you probably already know, September 2012 I was run over by a 26000 pound delivery truck on my way home work in Lost Angeles after being first struck by a passenger vehicle.  The path of my life has been totally altered wrought with physially and mental hardship for me since that point on,  and recently  itjust got compounded further as  I was admitted to the Er with low white blood cell count stemming from a  variety of complications from the original accident.  When I was released the next morning to go home and take a few days off of work to rest and heal I immediately got sent back to thr Er becuase my intestinal track shutdown when I had awoken on morning 1 of being home. I have been in the operating room / ER since then, and am finally coherent enough to write this post from my extneded visit hospital room.  I wont be able to work for alteast a month as they had to open my gut up again and I was intubated so the surgeouns could perform multiple life saving surgeries through out the evening.  I am currently on life supporting equipment at Kaiser Permamenente on Sunset and in an asbolutely ridiculous amount of of pain.    Small groups of visitors are allowed at this time and any form of donation toward the costs of surgeries / life will be greatly appreciated until I am able to begin working again hopefullly within the next month.  
Also my phone has some kind of bug and hasn't worked for a few days either so communication via FB is probably easiest at this point.  
I'll explain more face to face so I dont gross anyone out on this public domain.
