Steve’s Story - I was diagnosed in December 2017 with pulmonary fibrosis. My condition is severe, and have been sent to the Cleveland Clinic for a lung transplant. They advised me to begin fundraising efforts in order to ensure that I have the necessary funds prior to being listed for transplant.
