Steve’s Story - I was diagnosed in December 2017 with pulmonary fibrosis. My condition is severe, and have been sent to the Cleveland Clinic for a lung transplant. They advised me to begin fundraising efforts in order to ensure that I have the necessary funds prior to being listed for transplant. There will be additional costs related to follow up appointments after my transplant. Anything you can do to help me reach my goal of $20,000 is much appreciated. -Steve
